Consultation
Much like a first date, the pre-consultation is a time for us to get to know each other. From wardrobe, to color design, location planning and overall shoot aesthetic, the pre-consultation will answer ALL your questions. We will coordinate how we shoot the session with what the goal outcome is as outlined during the pre-consultation. Your shoot is NOT happenstance. It is carefully planned and fully customized in order to bring your story and vision to life.

Your only job is to show up ready to have fun and share your story with the world, and we'll take care of the rest. If there are any lingering questions or last minute requests, don't be afraid to ask them! We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a commitment to each relationship and the creation of unique art to memorialize the moment. Photo shoots should be fun and easy—not stressful and hard. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience, for the portrait experience is focused just that, an amazing experience.

3. the big reveal Viewing & Ordering
About one week after your session, we will meet to view, select and bring your images to life through custom designed art pieces for your home. It's the time when you get to see all the fruits of the session pay off. This is the time when you will finalize your portrait order, so be sure to pick a time where all the decision makers can be there. We’ll help you sort through the images and make final decisions on what will look best with your decor. Forget the nightmare of sitting at home viewing an online gallery frustrated because you can't decide. We are pros at this and will make this headache free. We’ll show you actual size and pair images together for a stunning album or wall gallery. We can add textures and design elements, or just let the portraits shine on their own. No matter what you choose, all of it is sure to get you excited about what lies ahead!

4. Delivery, Share & Enjoy
About 3-4 weeks later, your art pieces will be ready for pick up. We’ll call or email you to let you know it’s here and make plans to meet for you to take home the final result or arrange for the items to be shipped. Once they are in your hands, you can hang them on your wall and sit back and enjoy them EVERY DAY. You can walk through your house knowing the moment has been captured forever for you to cherish and no corrupted digital file or outdated technology can change that.

We want to make sure your pictures last a lifetime and not only for the short time that the digital technology it was created with is around. While we understand digital files are important, we don't want it to be the only way to preserve your memories, for there is always the possibility of files corrupting over time or updated technology making it impossible for you to open old file types.
Along with receiving your digital files, we also upload a personal gallery to our website under the VIP Access area where you can get images professionally printed and delivered to your home year round. Being a pro-level lab, they will match the color calibration information in the files and properly print the images. The prints are guaranteed to be stunning without you ever having to leave your front door. Easy! But don’t worry! We know this can be intimidating for some clients, so we will hold your hand and help you print should you need it. We are a full service studio and if need be, we can help.
